Jeannette Bradley is in charge of the overall strategic and operational responsibility for THAP staff, programs, expansion and execution of its mission. She supervises and monitors staff, works with board members, committees, alumni, partnering organizations, volunteers and funders, and works to develop, maintain and support the Board of Directors while serving on each committee.
Ms. Bradley has served as the CEO/ ED for the past year after assisting the organization as a Special Assistant to the Board for two years. She has extensive experience in Human Resources (HR) management, with almost ten years as Director of HR for Canadian Pacific (CP) Ships, Ltd., where she performed HR functions for 4,000 employees, as well as five years on the Senior Management Team as the Director of HR at Tampa General Hospital, where she was responsible for 3,500 employees.
She has also served as Director of Social Services for Florida Camelot, a residential treatment center for Children in Land O Lakes, FL. For the past ten years, she has concentrated on work as an independent HR Consultant and community-based Life and Academic Coach partnering with parents and school administrators in low-performing schools.
Ms. Bradley has an AA degree from Hillsborough Community College, a Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University, and has the Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Tampa.
